Velocity Condominium Project - Hoboken, NJ - Total Precast -Brick-clad exterior walls, demising walls, all floor decks and roof deck, stair towers, stairs, exterior curved stairs, elevator shafts.  Two 64 unit buildings erected in 6 weeks each.  Virtually fire and sound proof, this landmark project is the first Luxury Residential Project in the Metro NY area to use Total Precast.
