Precast Concrete Construction and Product Development 

As a Project Manager for a major Northeastern General Contractor, I supervised the on-site manufacture of precast concrete  walls and components for warehousing, distribution centers and office centers. Responsibility began during the bid procurement stage and extended through subcontract negotiation/bids, awards, sitework, construction, scheduling, coordination, finishes and finally to punch list and contract closeout.  (Waggaman & Collyer Contractors - Glens Falls, NY )

Construction Superintendent and Project Manager for major construction companies with responsibility for management, cost control and scheduling of field activities for up to 200 million in annual construction. Extensive hands-on field experience in surveying and layout, excavation and grading, blasting, rock excavation, underwater installations, concrete formwork from foundations to high-rise superstructure, precast concrete forming, pouring and erection - both structural and decorative; as applied to commercial, industrial and residential construction.  (A.
