As a Project Manager for a major Northeastern General Contractor, I
supervised the on-site manufacture of precast concrete walls and
components for warehousing, distribution centers and office centers.
Responsibility began during the bid procurement stage and extended through
subcontract negotiation/bids, awards, sitework, construction, scheduling,
coordination, finishes and finally to punch list and contract

Construction Superintendent and Project Manager for major construction companies
with responsibility for management, cost control and scheduling of field activities for up to 200
million in annual construction. Extensive hands-on field experience in surveying and layout,
excavation and grading, blasting, rock excavation, underwater installations, concrete
formwork from foundations to high-rise superstructure, precast concrete forming, pouring
and erection - both structural and decorative; as applied to commercial, industrial and

Developed unique structures in precast concrete including marine installations which
