As Congress progresses in allocating funding to offset the cost of Homeland Security, we must mobilize support systems to both expedite the implementation, and manage the associated cost.  Emergency and/or high priority requirements to meet the needs of National Security have a history of generating unprecedented cost levels while failing to meet critical timelines for operation.  Tectonics, Inc. will provide a platform for Planning, Scheduling, Staffing, Leading and Controlling the implementation of Public or Private Homeland Security Systems.

Tectonics places a strong emphasis on training systems for both Management and Staff.  On-going training coupled with continuing support systems is necessary to maintain the quality of the Security placed in service.  A strong base Team is necessary for success, however, the knowledge-base must be continuously expanded and the skills of operational personnel must be upgraded to keep pace with the ever changing posture of the "War on Terrorism".
